Terms and conditions


General Provisions
     These terms and conditions apply to the purchase in the Internet-shop www.fans shop.eu. The customer confirms that he accepts the terms and conditions for supply of goods declared by the seller. Relations between the buyer and the seller is subject to these terms and conditions, which are also binding on both parties.
Privacy
     By completing the registration required to order, you consent to the processing of personal data in the order listed for trading and marketing purposes of our company. Any personal information that identifies a particular person is only for internal business needs (ie, exposure to sales documents, etc.) and will not be provided to third parties. At your request we will delete data from the database of our customers, in addition to serving the financial and tax records. This obligation is determined by dealer law.


Ordering goods

     The contract is only the goods specified in the purchase contract - order. Dimensions, weight, capacity, and other information provided on our website, catalogs, brochures and other printed information is voluntary and based on data from manufacturers. In case of discrepancies we will surely contact you.
      The condition for the fulfillment of our electronic order the completion of all required data specified in the order form. Order is also a purchase contract, when the trading agreement is valid from the payment of the deposit (see payment terms). Returns
     If ordering as a private person, you are in compliance with Act No. 367/2000 to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods.
The issue of returning the goods treats Civil Code, Section 53, in which the procedure is consistent, which you can check on the portals of public administration.
14 days period starts the day after delivery.
If the period ends on the weekend or holiday, the last day is taken the next business day. On this day we must be delivered no later than the withdrawal, not just made on your mail.

If so, please contact us in writing and indicate that you wish to withdraw from the contract with the number of invoices (orders), purchase date and other data. This provision can not be seen as an opportunity to borrow free goods.
     Goods that will be sent back to our address, it must be complete (including all documentation) and in the state in which you took it upon delivery. Goods must not be in any way damaged or otherwise rendered useless, nor may bear no signs of use. The goods enclose proof of purchase. Please always use wrapping paper or cardboard, so that during transport could cause sticking, description or other degradation of the original packaging and damaged goods. Do not send the goods on delivery. The money for the goods will be refunded (minus postage costs) after delivery of goods to our address within 30 calendar days. You will be notified via email.
Please bear in mind the following points, which the Civil Code protects the side of the vendor:
1st Goods not returned in original packaging, but then the merchant may want to pay for repacking goods.
2nd It is possible to return goods and worn, but again, a trader may want to pay for the goods to their original state. These costs can theoretically achieve a full price merchandise.

Transportation, supplies, postage

Delivery time for goods to you depends on the type of payment, commodity and stock availability. Below the height of the maximum delivery time and in case of problems with our supplier. Delivery of orders is always through the Czech Post and always subject to availability of products in our warehouse or the supplier. In both cases, the maximum time limit for delivery 15 working days from receipt of payment (for CR). This however does not understand the fact that the goods will not be taken due to the absence of your address. Decisive in this case date from the carrier when you tried to deliver the first shipment.
In the case of products which must be produced (např.hrníčky optional, printed jerseys, pencils, etc. ..), the delivery period of 25 working days from receipt of payment (for CZE). This however does not understand the fact that the goods will not be taken due to the absence of your address. Decisive in this case date from the carrier when you tried to deliver the first shipment.
  

Shipping - express delivery within 8 prac.dní EUROPE - Czech Post:

(THIS WAY IS BOUND AUTOMATICALLY when ordering in the shopping cart and ONLY TOP PRODUCTS, which is shipped directly from USA and CANADA (Nike, Reebok, ...). It is the express delivery method that has no competition in terms of speed delivery from the manufacturer directly to your home)

     First for payment transfer or PayPal: basic rate is 747 CZK.
     Second when paying by cash on delivery: basic rate 775 CZK

Note: the price is already included charge for courier DHL Express supplier delivery to Czech Republic, delivery to you at the same time at least 8 prac.den of ordering. The delivery to your address by courier informs and SMS


Unclaimed items (CR):
The correctness of relations with customers and solvency of our company to you any enforcer or court costs will not send. In these cases we will contact e-mails, SMS messages, etc. if this happens. We always agree that morale and win you customers.

COMPLAINT

In the event of shipment damage (eg broken cup, damaged packaging or delivery) must claim this consignment as soon as the Czech Post. Without such a claim can not claim to be recognized.

Please bear in mind the following points, which we recommend to our customers for easier recognition claims:
